The hotel's location was great, close to the subway and near many restaurants. The security staff and some maids were helpful. They also had a convenient shop in the hotel.
No other positive aspects.

I liked the price, it was good for money. They cleaned the room every day.
The staff did not speak english, the communication was very difficult. The toilet had a leak, very uncomfortable because it always was slippery and dangerous.

We loved the location of this hotel, it was close to everything we wanted to see and explore. Being just a short walk from the metro made traveling around the city super easy. We were also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel facilities were also great, especially the breakfast which had a wide variety of options.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Little thing. It is cheap really, you can understand with employees in english, and they attend you.
The bathroom was completely dirty, with fungi, horrible and nasty. The room was not very good, normal in a cheap city hotel of 1 or 2 stars ( but the bathroom). The situation of hotel is not very good also. A bad ellection then, seems a good price but you will not be well there. It was publicited in Booked.net that the hotel rooms had minibar but they don't, any they said at arrival.

Location is good, close to tube station, served by several bus routes, location easy to find by taxis.
The staff hardly speaks english, most part of the time the would say: I am sorry I don't understand.

One of the lowest priced hotels near to the shopping district with direct public bus (RMB 1.00) to shopping area at WangFuJin.
Hotel is long overdue for a major renovation. Would prefer a brighter lights as the room lighting is dark. Room has a damp stale smell, probably come from the carpets. No wifi.

Great value for money! The hotel has a perfect location, close to the city centre and public transportation. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a lovely decor. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process very easy. I appreciated the fact that they offered free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast.
The walls were a bit thin, and I could hear some noise from the street. , the bathroom was a bit small, but it was clean and functional.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and the conveniently close location to local attractions and restaurants. the staff was always willing to help with any requests and provided prompt service.
The lack of English-speaking staff made communicating somewhat difficult at times. the noise from surrounding buildings could be bothersome for light sleepers.
